Subscription Services
Employers may subscribe to premium services. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
Refunds and Cancellations
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy or as required by applicable law.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Discriminating against candidates based on protected characteristics
- Collecting user data without authorization
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service
- Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and all associated data
- You remain responsible for any fees or charges incurred
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Careers 911 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Job Listings and Applications
We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings posted by employers or the outcome of job applications. We do not guarantee employment or verify employer credentials.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Careers 911 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
